At the heart of the Company are experienced Consultants with a track record of helping organisations successfully improve project and programme management performance.

Our Consultants are the best in the business. We are qualified Project and Programme Management Consultants who are also practicing professionals. We are experts in current best practice methods and techniques, specializing in OGC standards. 

Our Consultants include Sue Vowler and Stephen Edwards, who are both security cleared to SC level.

Sue Vowler is an APMG accredited PRINCE2™ Practitioner and Consultant (one of 15 worldwide) and a Registered Programme and Project Management Consultant (PPM RC – one of only 4 worldwide). PPM RC Consultants are an elite group of Consultants accredited by APM Group to provide formal assessment against OGC and international programme and project management standards. Only registered Consultants can assess organisations in the new OGC portfolio, programme and project management maturity models.

Sue is also recognised as one of the UK’s foremost experts in Programme Offices and Centres of Excellence. She is internationally recognised as a content expert in the Programme and Project Management and Support community, and is often asked to speak at industry events, and sit on industry review boards. Sue was a key contributor to the development of PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). 

Stephen Edwards is a Programme Director with a passion, energy and enthusiasm to deliver exemplary performance to the end customer and sponsors.  He is a business transformation and product development specialist, experienced in delivering high profile programmes and projects from concept to implementation in a number of business sectors. He is also a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and fully trained in Managing Successful Programmes and the OGC Gateway Review model.

Stephen also studied and trained in Managing Strategic Change and Business Process Re-engineering at Cranfield University.
