We have been assessed by the APM Group as an Accredited Consultancy Organisation (ACO), one of an elite group. The ACO assessment process involves a rigorous independent review and challenge of an organisation’s quality and customer engagement processes, coupled with an assessment of the consultants who will operate within the ACO.
ACO’s are able to provide customers with credible Registered Consultants, highly competent individuals, at the top of their profession, who are not only content experts but also able to influence change within an organisation. We are accredited to provide both Programme and Project Management Registered Consultants (PPM RC) and PRINCE2 Registered Consultants (P2RC).
ACO’s work with organisations to identify areas of weakness and develop, improve and embed processes into the organisational approach and culture.
