P3O® Review and Design
The portfolio of change represents the totality of programmes and projects being delivered by an organisation (or department or division) which contribute to the successful delivery of a corporate strategy or vision.
We can offer you a complete P3O review and design package – we will initially review your current portfolio, programme and project office capability against the P3O model. We will then make recommendations on getting the best from your existing capability or work with you in a workshop environment to develop a Blueprint and roadmap for enhanced capability or a re-energised office.
Who would benefit from this package?
Anyone who is responsible for a portfolio, programme or projects office capability within an organisation either as Head of P3O or as a senior manager or director charged with developing P3O capability.
What do we do?
- Scoping meeting with P3O Sponsor to understand business drivers, expected outcomes and benefits, timescales and scope
- Healthcheck / review of the existing P3O capability with recommendations on the way forward
- Develop a P3O Blueprint supported by an implementation plan / roadmap for the new or re-energised P3O capability. We use a workshop approach to ensure buy-in to the solution by all the stakeholders
- Blueprint implementation support
- Ongoing mentoring / coaching of the P3O team which may include facilitation of workshops, attendance at key board / steering group meetings, advice and guidance, review of key documents
